US Ski & Snowboard Level 100 “Train-the-Trainer” Workshop – for All PARA Race Clubs

Hello, PARA Club Race Program Directors,

I hope everyone's season is going well and off to a great start. As you know, US Ski and Snowboard has moved away from "Teaching clinics" to "Assessments." This means

that the programs will have to take ownership of their development of coaches to set them up for success in the on-snow assessment.

We have been traveling around the country conducting "Train the Trainer" training, which has successfully gotten your club’s program trainers up to speed on the new Level 100 process.

To prepare your coaches for success, you'll need a staff, divisional, regional, or state trainer to develop and prepare them for this assessment. To help your club accomplish

this, I will be at Blue Mountain on Monday, January 13, 2025, conducting a Level 100 “Train-the-Trainer” training for all PARA ski race club programs.

Each PARA race program may designate one coach/trainer to attend this Level 100 “Train-the-Trainer” workshop. There is no charge for this training; this person may have a

USSA or PSIA membership affiliation. Blue Mountain Race program will supply free lift tickets to all workshop participants.

Registered Participants:  Will meet at Blue Mountain,  Summit Lodge, Second Floor, BMR Race Room, by 8:30 AM.

Please take advantage of this FREE Level 100 “Train-the-Trainer” training, which will greatly benefit your race coaches who are scheduled to attend the Level 100 assessment

at Blue Mountain on January 24, 2025, and for Seven Springs on March 7, 2025.
